The dedicated ramen bar lets diners sit counter-side and watch each bowl built: noodles cooked to order, rich broths poured carefully, chashu pork layered with precision. Four ramen bowls rotate at $16 each: UGLY Ramen with the signature house broth, Tonkotsu with a 12-hour pork bone base, Miso with a rich umami profile, and Chicken Ramen with a lighter, aromatic broth. Each bowl is available at the ramen bar or in the main dining room.
The full Ugly Dumpling menu runs alongside the ramen: handmade xiaolongbao in all seven flavors, the complete dim sum lineup, wok entrées and noodle soups.
